Pickup Details – Shared Group Tour Pickup Location: Any hotel or accommodation in Hurghada. Pickup Method: Shared bus/coach service. Your driver or tour representative will arrive with a guest list or sign. Pickup Time: Morning pickup. The exact pickup time will be confirmed after booking. Important Information Please be ready at your hotel entrance at the confirmed pickup time. If your hotel offers breakfast, we recommend asking the reception to prepare a breakfast box for your early departure. Please bring comfortable shoes, sun protection, a camera, and bottled water for the full-day trip. This is a shared group tour, not a private tour. Transportation and a professional Egyptologist guide are included. Lunch, felucca rides, entrance tickets, and personal expenses are not included unless specifically stated in your booking. Please inform us in advance of any special requests or requirements. Providing a WhatsApp number during booking is recommended for faster communication and pickup coordination.
