Pickup Information

Your comfortable, air-conditioned vehicle will pick you up directly from your hotel lobby. Please be waiting there 10 minutes prior to your scheduled pickup time. Your guide will approach you and say your name. What to Look For: Your professional, bilingual guide will meet you in the main lobby of your hotel or at the designated meeting point. Your guide will know your name and will be expecting you. The vehicle will be a clean, air-conditioned private van. Where to Wait: Please wait in your hotel's main lobby or at the confirmed meeting point 10 minutes prior to your scheduled pickup time. For smaller accommodations or Airbnbs, the exact meeting location will be provided during your reconfirmation. Your precise pickup time will be reconfirmed with you after booking to ensure a seamless start to your private adventure.
