Pickup Information

Meeting points for travelers that are in downtown hotels and airbnb's or any location that we can't reach: Cancun Meeting Point: in front of the lobby at Oasis Smart in Tulum Avenue. The pick up time is set according to your location, the travelers that doesn't provide pick up location will need to get in contact with us as soon as possible, otherwise we will be not be able to provide the service. Holbox in a place far from Cancun, Playa del Carmen, Tulum, the journey to get to Chiquila is 2 hours and 30 minutes by land and 30 minutes to cross by ferry to Isla. The golf cart is only for 3 people, and can be shared with clients of the same bus, if they are 2 or 1 person and want to go alone, they must pay the difference in space for not wanting to share.
