READ THIS. START TIME IS IS NOT THE DEPARTURE TIME. START TIME IS THE CHECK IN TIME. DO NOT ARRIVE EARLY. THERE ARE TWO MEETING POINTS FOR THIS TOUR. 1ST, proceed to our store to check-in. Keauhou Shopping Center, 78-6831 Alii Drive (Located in courtyard behind Tropics & Bianelli's). Park & walk into courtyard area. 2ND, you will drive to Keauhou Bay, which is 1.4 miles from the center. There will be a QR code to scan for directions at checkin Transportation to store & to Keauhou Bay is guest responsibility. If Ubering, schedule 2 stops in the app so the driver will wait for you. No need to return to store post tour Tour Times (total duration includes checkin time): (8am) Checkin 8am at store (Store does not open until 8am); Tour departs Bay 9am; Returns 1130am (1045am) Checkin 1045am at store; Tour departs Bay 1145am; Returns 215pm KNOW BEFORE YOU GO: * Ages 5 to 70; Minors must be accompanied by adult * Not for travelers with heart, neck, back problems or may be pregnant * Our boats are rafts. Please make sure this type of boat is suitable for you. * Not suitable for those with mobility issues PARKING at Bay: Parking is along Kaleiopapa St. on right & left. Find a spot & walk down to restroom area. (don't park in boat trailer or wash down areas) WHAT TO BRING: Camera, lotion sunscreen (no aerosols please), hat & rash guard recommended and wear sandals/shoes that are easy to take off as all are cruises are barefoot tours! Gratuities always appreciated. If you do not show for your tour, we do not offer reschedules, credits or refunds, no exceptions. Min. numbers apply. If min are not met, you will be offered an alt. tour or refund.
