The tour is targeted at anybody interested in psychology, wellbeing, personal growth, spirituality, meditation. We cross the historical heart of Barcelona, from green park to medieval streets. At each stop we’ll discuss a major theme relating to the science of Happiness. Along the way we’ll do a 10 minute meditation in the park. The tour will be energizing and guests will leave with some simple but important truths about happiness reaffirmed. Let’s undertake this journey together and fall in love with life again.
