Driver Information: You’ll receive the driver’s name, phone number, car plate number and drive & car photos one day before your trip. On the Day of Departure | Friendly Reminders Free Waiting 30 Minutes: The driver will wait patiently. After 30 minutes, an overtime fee of USD5 / CNY35 per half hour applies. Customer no-show: If it’s been over 30 minutes past your scheduled pickup time and we’re still unable to reach you, the driver will have to leave to continue with the next service.
