Redemption Instructions

• Departure time: - Civitavecchia: 07:30 am (9 hours) - Naples: 08:00 am (8 hours) - Livorno: 08:00 am (9 hours) When in Italy you can contact us (+393512187924) by call and by WhatsApp. (we suggest by WhatsApp messages, easily linking to free wifi from hotels, bar/coffee shops, restaurants). • Your local Driver with a private vehicle will be waiting for you right outside the ship, holding a sign with your name on to be easily recognized. • Professional English-speaking Driver gives basic general commentaries from the vehicle. He can’t leave the car to walk around with you. • Dress code is required to enter places of worship and selected museums. No shorts or sleeveless tops allowed. • For under 18 years old booked for this tour please provide proof of identity (copy of a document, ecc.). Without them the Clients could be asked to make payment of a full price balancing cash in Euro directly to the driver. • Option Private Tour: This is a private Tour. Only your group will participate and it can be modified and/or customized (if requested in writing during booking in the "Special Requirements" section). • Option Shared Tour: Solution with a lower price dedicated to travelers sharing the vehicle with a small group (up to 8 people per vehicle). Not customizable. It is not possible to include attractions tickets purchased by your own. In Shared Tour only: Your Driver may make a few stops (usually 2/3 stops) along the way to pick up, or drop off, fellow passengers. This means that your Driver could arrive within 15-30 minutes of your scheduled pickup time. • Tipping is not included in our service fees,It is never mandatory although it is always appreciated. Standard gratuities in Europe run between 10% 25% depending on the service received

Pickup Information

Each Cruise Port of Call: right outside your ship, pickup and dropoff. • English-speaking Driver with a private vehicle will be waiting for you right outside the ship, holding a sign with your name on to be easily recognized. • No need to take Bus Shuttle from ship since our permits allow us to enter in the Cruise Port. In Shared Tour Option only: Your Driver may make a few stops (usually 2/3 stops) along the way to pick up, or drop off, fellow passengers. This means that your Driver could arrive within 15-30 minutes of your scheduled pickup time.
