Meeting and Pickup

Redemption Instructions

• Hotel pick ups are 7.30- 8.00 am, and 12.30- 1.00 pm daily. Please stand by at the lobby of your hotel starting 7.30 am or 12.30 pm. Customers staying in hotels on Railay Beach, please contact us for meeting point and time. • Comfortable walking shoes are recommended • Minimum age is 5 years • Not recommended for participants with back problems • Not recommended for participants with heart complaints or other serious medical conditions • Not recommended for pregnant women Hotel pickups commence approximately 30 - 60 minutes prior to this time, exact pickup time will be advised on reconfirmation.

Pickup Information

Hotel pick ups from Ao Nang start at 7.30 am and 12.30 pm daily. A surcharge will apply for transportation to/from hotels outside of Ao Nang (Krabi Town, Klong Muang, Tubkaek Beach). Pick ups outside of Ao Nang subject to availability. Please contact us for details.
