Pickup Information

ARRIVAL TRANSFER: After you have collected your luggage, head through customs and out in the arrival hall. Your driver will be waiting in the arrival hall by the driver meeting point, holding a signboard with the lead traveler's name on it. Important Note: Please advise your preferred pickup time, the number of luggage, airline name, flight number, and airport terminal number you have in the Special Requirements field on booking. DEPARTURE TRANSFER. Your chosen time (transfers operate 24 hours a day, 7 days a week). Please indicate your preferred pickup time in the Special Requirements field on booking. We recommend that you request your pick-up at least three hours in advance of your flight departure time.
