• PASSPORT IS MANDATORY to join this tour • Most guests do not require a visa to enter Switzerland; however, a valid PASSPORT is mandatory. It is your responsibility to carry the necessary travel documents. Late comers will not be able to be accommodated. • City Wonders staff will be easily recognizable at the meeting point by a City Wonders tour sign. • Knees and shoulders MUST be covered for both men and women if entering any religious building. • We regret that we cannot accommodate guests in wheelchairs or those requiring special assistance. Strollers and baby carriages are also not permitted on our group tours. • Please note that infants do not have a reserved seat on the bus. • Luggage and large bags are not allowed on our tours. • Gratuities for your guide/driver that provided excellent service are appreciated! • City Wonders is not responsible for any personal belongings that are lost or damaged. Guests should ensure they keep track of their items throughout the entire duration of the tour. Please note that any additional shipping costs related to retrieved items will not be covered by City Wonders.
