Redemption Instructions
Congratulations on your purchase! We inform you that the aquarium hours are from 10:00 to 18:00 from Monday to Sunday. We remind you of the address where the Inbursa CDMX Aquarium is located: Blvd. Miguel de Cervantes Saavedra 386, Granada, Miguel Hidalgo, 11500 Mexico City, CDMX, Mexico. Please note that entry with food and drinks, and tripods is prohibited. Likewise, pet entry is not permitted except for service or support animals duly identified through their documentation. We will send you your admission ticket via email or WhatsApp the day before your visit. This ticket is for preferential access, so when you arrive at the aquarium you must go directly to the access line where it says "PREFERENT", without going through the ticket office. If you have purchased the option with the VR experience, this takes place in the interactive aquarium. We hope you enjoy your experience to the fullest!
