Free shared hotel pickup and drop-off is available from selected central districts on Istanbul's European side. Your exact pickup time will be confirmed on the day of the cruise. Pickup times may vary depending on your hotel location, traffic conditions and the route required to collect other guests. Estimated pickup times: • Merter – Topkapı: 19:00–19:15 • Fındıkzade – Aksaray – Laleli – Beyazıt: 19:15–19:45 • Sultanahmet: 19:15–19:45 • Sirkeci: 19:30–20:00 • Tepebaşı – Şişhane: 19:15–19:45 • Taksim – Talimhane – Maçka: 19:30–20:00 • Şişli – Nişantaşı: 19:15–19:45 • Beşiktaş – Mecidiyeköy: 19:15–19:30 Please note: These times are estimates, not guaranteed pickup times. Istanbul evening traffic and shared transfers may cause delays. We monitor the transfer operation and will inform you if there is a significant delay, earlier pickup or a necessary change to your pickup point. Some hotels may not be directly accessible by vehicle due to pedestrian zones, road closures or traffic restrictions. In this case, we will provide the nearest suitable meeting point in advance. Pickup from locations outside the included service area may be available for an additional charge. Please check availability in advance.
