Redemption Instructions

From 0 to 11 months of age they will only pay 15 usd for transportation from Cancun beach and riviera Children from 1 to 11 years old will pay the price of a minor Date Change, and No-Show Policy Date change requests must be submitted at least 24 hours before the scheduled tour date and pick-up time. Any requests received less than 24 hours before the tour, including last-minute requests made one hour or shortly before pick-up, cannot be accepted. Guests who fail to arrive at the designated meeting point or are not available at the scheduled pick-up time will be considered a No Show. In the event of a No Show, the reservation will be charged at 100% of the total tour price. No refunds, credits, or date changes will be provided. Guests are responsible for providing accurate booking details, being available at the confirmed pick-up location, and arriving on time to avoid missing the tour.

Pickup Information

Meeting points for travelers that are in downtown hotels and airbnb's or any location that we can't reach: Cancun Meeting Point: in front of the lobby at Oasis Smart in Tulum Avenue The pick up time is set acording to your location, the travelers that doesn't provide pick up location will need to get in contact with us as soon as posible, otherwise we will be not be able to provide the service
