You’ll have time to unwind on the soft white sands or enjoy a second snorkeling session near the shore. Enjoy a delicious buffet lunch with regional flavors before we head back. On the return trip, we’ll stop at Isla Mujeres, giving you time to explore, shop, or simply take in the local charm. Pickup Information

Meeting points for travelers that are in downtown hotels and airbnb's or any location that we can't reach: Cancun Meeting Point: in front of the lobby at Oasis Smart in Tulum Avenue Playa Del Carmen: Cocobongo at Playa Del Carmen The pick up time is set acording to your location, the travelers that doesn't provide pick up location will need to get in contact with us as soon as posible, otherwise we will be not be able to provide the service

Snorkeling may be cancelled due to weather or rough seas. Its unavailability is not grounds for a partial nor full refund.

Pregnant travelers can't participate

Date change requests must be submitted at least 24 hours before the scheduled tour date. Any requests received less than 24 hours before the tour cannot be accepted.

Guests who fail to arrive at the designated meeting point or are not available at the scheduled pick-up time will be considered a No Show, no refund will be provided
