For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
Redemption Instructions
• Reservation confirmation is required to confirm or schedule your pick-up location and ensure there has been no change to your pick-up time via email (reservations@graylineorlando.com) or phone (Local #407-522-5911 / USA Toll Free 1-800-537-0917) • Please present a printed copy of your voucher to the driver-guide, or let the agent know when you call to reconfirm if, for any reason, you cannot print your voucher. If this is the case, then show the driver-guide your digital copy. • Comfortable walking shoes are recommended • If you will not be arriving at your destination within the specified reconfirmation period, please reconfirm with the local service provider prior to travel, or upon arrival at your destination. Please note that departure times and locations may vary slightly. Hotel pickups commence approximately 30 - 60 minutes prior to this time, exact pickup time will be advised on reconfirmation. Times are subject to change due to local traffic conditions.

Tour ends at ICON Park, you will make your own way home from there.
