Cancellation Policy
For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
- 100% refund if cancelled 1+ days before the start date
- 0% refund if cancelled less than 1 day(s) before the start date
Meeting and Pickup
Figueretas: on the promenade (Passeig de ses Pitiüses), between the apartments Mar and Playa and the bar Es Xiringuito. You will have to check in at the Sea Experience Ibiza ticket office which you will find there at least 30 minutes before the departure time.
Redemption Instructions
Round trip in the same day - You will need to check in at the Sea Experience Ibiza ticket office located at your chosen departure point at least 30 minutes in advance. - No bags to be shipped IMPORTANT: the return boat may not be the same as the outbound boat, as we collaborate with two other companies. You can board any of the Sea Experience, Sea Cruises or Aquabus ships that operate the Ibiza–Formentera route. - Returns are variable throughout the season, check them before your departure.
