• 100% refund if cancelled 1+ days before the start date
• 0% refund if cancelled less than 1 day(s) before the start date

Redemption Instructions

• Infinity Float Centre will confirm by email or phone if your selected time is available and confirmed • Due to the nature of this activity and the safety of all guests, the tour operator reserves the right to refuse service to persons who are intoxicated or show signs of intoxication. If, as a result, your tour is canceled, you will not be entitled to a refund.
