Cancellation Policy
For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
Meeting and Pickup
Please connect to your tour provider to confirm pickup location if you have selected pickup as we might not offer transfer were you have asked to be picked up. If you are traveling on your own to our stables, please be there at least 30 min. prior to your tour departure.
Redemption Instructions
If you have selected a pickup option, please contact the tour operator directly to confirm your pickup location and time as they might not offer pickup directly from your selected location. Please note that our tours have a weight limit (110kg/240lbs). All riders must be able to mount the horse by their own strength from the ground.

We only pick up from selected pickup points in Reykjavik. Pick-up needs to be pre-booked. Please be sure that you've chosen a tour with pick up included.
