Cancellation Policy

For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.

• 100% refund if cancelled 1+ days before the start date
• 0% refund if cancelled less than 1 day(s) before the start date

Redemption Instructions

• Pickup starts one hour before tour departure (9:00am and 1pm) • Due to the nature of this tour and the safety of all guests, the tour operator reserves the right to refuse service to passengers who are intoxicated or show signs of intoxication. If, as a result, your tour is canceled, you will not be entitled to a refund. • Not recommended for pregnant women

Pickup Information

NOTE: Pickups start 1 hour before departure taking up to 20 minutes to collect all passengers. Many hotels in the Reykjavik center area are in a No-Pickup zone. In such a case we will contact you with an updated location and instructions. Passengers on Cruise ships are picked up at the main port terminal.
