Throughout my life, nature has been my refuge and guide. Upon becoming certified as a forest therapist, I realized something fascinating: something that is very natural to me, which I have practiced and done since I was a child—immersing myself and simply being in the forest—had a name: Forest Bathing. The practice of Forest Bathing reduces stress and boosts the immune system. It also awakens creativity and strengthens our bond with Mother Earth. I will be your guide, but Mother Nature will be our teacher.

Pickup Information

We will meet at the park "El Polvorín" in Satélite, at the entrance to Boulevard de las Misiones. As a reference, this is the entrance directly in front of the La Salle school, also you will find a Soccer Field in the Park.
