Redemption Instructions

You can redeem your voucher in two ways: 1. At the Embarcadero Isla Mujeres by Xcaret ticket booth (Km 4.5, Cancún Hotel Zone). Arrive at least 30 minutes before departure for check-in and boarding. 2. Onboard the transportation from your hotel to the Embarcadero, where staff will exchange your voucher for physical tickets during the transfer. Please present your printed or digital voucher along with a valid photo ID. Physical tickets are required to board and also grant access to the Scenic Tower within 7 days of your visit.

Pickup Information

We want to make your experience comfortable, so we will pick you up at your hotel or at the nearest available point on our routes. If your accommodation is not a hotel (e.g., Airbnb), please provide the full address: street name, exterior and interior number, neighborhood, postal code, and city. This helps us assign the closest meeting point for your pick-up. To confirm your exact pick-up time and location, you must send us a message through your reservation or call us at least 24 hours before your visit date. Important: The time shown on your ticket is not your pick-up time. If you do not require transportation, please let us know. We cannot guarantee pick-up at hotels where you are not a guest, as some properties restrict visitor access. Our guides wear red t-shirts with our logo on the back for easy identification and will announce the tour name out loud. At pick-up, you must present your printed or digital voucher and a photo ID to board the bus. Onboard, you will receive your bracelet for park entry. If you do not have your hotel information at the time of booking, please contact Viator Customer Service at least 24 hours before your visit so they can help coordinate your pick-up with us. Please arrive 15 minutes early at your assigned location. Reminder: The time on your ticket is not your pick-up time. Transportation is shared, not private. You will travel with other visitors of Grupo Xcaret.
