Redemption Instructions

• The listed price does not include a $5 usd parking fee if ypu arrive in your own car payable at the parking lot • Dress code is smart casual and don't forget your swimsuit, towels, hat or cap, sunglasses and bio-degradable sunscreen • Comfortable walking shoes are recommended • The snorkeling activity may be cancelled depending on the day's weather and sea conditions. Hotel pickups commence approximately 30 - 60 minutes prior to this time, exact pickup time will be advised on reconfirmation.

Pickup Information

We do pickups in any hotel from Cancun downtown or hotel zone, Riviera Maya, Playa del Carmen and Tulum (meeting point in Hacienda Doña Isabel), if your hotel is not listed please write it down. If you stay at a vacation rental, we provide a pickup from a central meeting point.
