Pickup Information

The company has passenger pick-up zone within Santiago. You can request the link to this zone with our customer service. If your hotel is outside this zone, you must arrange a meeting point with our team. The passenger must wait for the vehicle at the hotel reception at the scheduled time. Our waiting limit is 10 minutes.
