Please arrive no later than 15 minutes before your tour time. You will meet your guide and check in at the Glacier Adventure Centre’s UPPER BANFF-SIDE PARKING LOT. Your access code is 1945.
Redemption Instructions
Show your voucher at the Ticket Desk in the Columbia Icefield Discovery Centre to receive your official entry ticket. You may head to boarding 10 minutes prior to your departure time. Your tickets will be scanned at the end of the boarding process. You may then board the shuttle bus taking you on your tour.
