If you cancel at least 6 full day(s) before the scheduled departure time, you will receive a full refund.<br>If you cancel between 2 and 6 day(s) before the scheduled departure time, you will receive a 50% refund.<br>If you cancel within 2 day(s) of the scheduled departure, you will receive a 0% refund.

• 100% refund if cancelled 6+ days before the start date
• 50% refund if cancelled 2–6 days before the start date
• 0% refund if cancelled less than 2 day(s) before the start date

Redemption Instructions

Your tour departs from Waterloo Place, Edinburgh, opposite Howies Restaurant. Please arrive in good time before departure. Check-in closes at 07:45 to allow your driver-guide to complete the safety briefing. If you arrive after this time we may not be able to accommodate you on the tour.
