• Children must be accompanied by a paying adult at all times.
• Bookings are non-refundable once confirmed.
• All seats are located in the home supporters' areas. Wearing the colours of the away team and openly supporting the opposition are strictly prohibited. Failure to comply may result in denied entry or ejection from the stadium without compensation.
• Guests on the same booking are guaranteed seating together, with larger groups seated in consecutive rows.
• Tickets are issued by category only. Specific seat numbers or locations within the selected category cannot be requested or guaranteed.
• Guests booked under different ticket categories cannot be seated together.
• Match events and kick-off times are subject to change, and the operator will notify you of any such adjustments. If a match date is moved from Saturday to Sunday, or vice versa, your booking will remain unaffected, and you will still receive a ticket with the correct date and time. However, in cases where a match date is rescheduled to a mid-week date, you will have the option to either receive a refund or select an alternative match date, based on availability.
• We recommend booking flexible travel and accommodation, allowing at least one day of flexibility around the scheduled match date.
• Clubs reserve the right to change these terms and conditions at their sole discretion at any time and on short notice.
• Refer to the official websites for detailed information on match events and the stadium's bag policy.
• Your official E-ticket will be delivered to you no later than 3 days prior to the Event.
• Delivery is normally by email, so please make sure that the email address you supplied during booking is correct and active. In some cases, your ticket may instead be delivered through the app or platform of the travel partner you booked with, so please also check there.
• If you have not received your ticket 3 days before the Event, please contact the travel partner you booked with immediately.
