Redemption Instructions

• Type of Vehicle 7 Seat minivan: Toyota Previa, Hyundai H1 or Similar • Passenger Capacity: 1-5 guests. (But if you have luggage the recommended sitting is maximum 4 Adults ONLY. • Luggage capacity: 3-4 medium suitcases or 3 large size suitcases ONLY. (with the sitting of 3-4 adults ONLY) • Baby Seat: baby seat is subject to available and on request. if need guaranteed there will be an additional charge of 20U$D per seat needs to be paid on spot. • Transfer is from point to point and no extra stop applicable • Waiting time: our representative will wait maximum 20 minutes from the schedule timing at the lobby of your hotel. • Transfer service between Dubai hotels is excluding the hotel which is not coming in Dubai city e.g Al Maha desert resort or Bab Al Shams resort • Transfer service between Dubai to Abu Dhabi is excluding the hotel pick up or drop off which are not coming in Abu Dhabi city limits e.g Anantara Qasr Al Sarab, Anantara Desert resort or Liwa Hotels Times are subject to change due to local traffic conditions.

Pickup Information

1. Pick up from Dubai to Abu Dhabi or Abu Dhabi to Dubai service is included. Pick up from any hotel is included in Dubai and Abu Dhabi (Excluding hotels not in city center area of both cities) 2. Pick up will be from the lobby of your hotel. the time when you get to the lobby for pick up just inform to the concierge or reception person at hotel lobby that you are waiting for pick up. as our driver will approach to the concierge or reception desk at first attempt to locate you in lobby. 3. In case if the pick up will be from any attraction kindly wait at the counter no.1 of the ticketing counter for that attraction at the designated timings.
