Important: We only serve alcoholic beverages to travelers over 21 years of age. Non-alcoholic beverages will be served to travelers under 21 years of age.

Important: All taxi fares have fixed prices, you will find a taxi fare board outside each port and the taxi will charge you what is written on the board, this only for passengers coming from hotels and other ports such as Punta Loba or the ferry dock, passengers from the international port or Puerta Maya it is not necessary to take a taxi since they can walk to the meeting point which is 1 minute away.

The excursion start time is based on local time. We allow a 25-minute grace period for passengers. If they do not arrive at the assigned meeting points within this time, the reservation will be marked as a “no show,” and no refund will be issued under any circumstances.
