Cancellation Policy

For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.

• 100% refund if cancelled 1+ days before the start date
• 0% refund if cancelled less than 1 day(s) before the start date

Redemption Instructions

• Driver details will be supplied within 48hrs of trip date.  • Maximum 4 suitcases/large bags. Extra bag/unit of luggage charged accordingly. • In case of Emergency or when you cannot see your driver upon arrival at the airport, please contact: WhatsApp the Reservation Office on +27 78 396 4115 or email: customercare@sandtontaxicabs.co.za  • Waiting Surcharge- R200/hour. • The duration of transfers are approximate, the exact duration will depend on the time of day and traffic conditions. • Bookings shall not be cancelled without attempting to contact the Operator and waiting for a maximum period of 30 minutes to allow the Reservation Office to assist in locating the driver. • Driver 'no shows', though rare, will be refunded in full. Inform the dispatch office your preferred hotel pick up time but we recommend you leave your hotel 3 hours in advance of your scheduled flight departure time.

Pickup Information

Driver will collect you from your hotel reception/concierge desk. You will also be in communication with the office via WhatsApp in case you change the time, etc. You will also receive the driver and car details for easy identification at the time of pickup. We recommend you get picked up 3 hours before the scheduled flight departure time.
