Hotel pickup is ONLY available to registered guests staying at one of our listed pickup properties. We cannot pick up from other hotels or accommodations. If yours is not listed, meet at Two Brothers Totem Pole (across from Jasper Park Info Centre, 500 Connaught Dr) 15 min before departure. • Pickup 30 min BEFORE: Alpine Village, Beckers Chalets, Tekarra Lodge, Patricia Lake Bungalows & Pyramid Lake Lodge. • Pickup 30 min BEFORE: Wapiti Campground – corner of Hwy 93 & Campground Entry Rd; Whistlers Campground – outside registration centre. • Pickup 15 min BEFORE: Astoria Hotel, Athabasca Hotel, Bear Hill Lodge, Chateau Jasper, Crimson Hotel, Downtown Hostel, Forest Park Hotel, HI Jasper, Jasper Inn & Suites, Lobstick Lodge, Maligne Lodge, Marmot Lodge, The Robson, Park Place Inn, Tonquin Inn & Whistlers Inn. Please wait outside the main entrance. • Pickup 5–10 min AFTER: Pine Bungalows – wait near main entry arch. • Pickup 10 min AFTER: Fairmont Jasper Park Lodge – outside main hotel entrance. Important: • Tour length may vary due to wildlife and road conditions. Eat beforehand, avoid strict plans immediately afterward, and bring water and a light snack—there are no scheduled stops. No washroom is available on the bus, but your guide can arrange an outhouse stop if needed. Dress for the weather. • Travel in a 24-seat minibus with large windows (max 21 guests). This is a vehicle-based tour; Parks Canada requires wildlife viewing from inside the vehicle. • Routes vary daily based on wildlife activity and use paved roads only—no off-road travel. • Wildlife sightings are frequent (95% success) but never guaranteed. Every tour is different. • Tour operates in all weather. Under 18s must be accompanied by an adult. • Minimum numbers apply; if canceled, you’ll receive an alternative or full refund.
