In this class, we will make 3-4 different Japanese dishes. The class focuses on Japanese home cooking, so all dishes you learn is familiar and popular that Japanese people usually eat. Through this cooking class, I will also be able to talk about Japanese people's thoughts on food and food culture. Recipe (papers) can be provided (if you would like) so that you can reproduce the dishes when you back home: ) Let's have fun and valuable experience!!
