1. Free Hotel Pick-up Complimentary hotel pick-up is available within downtown Jeju City for groups of 1–6 guests. 2. Pick-up Confirmation Your exact pick-up time, location, and vehicle details will be sent via WhatsApp or Viator message one day before the tour. We recommend using WhatsApp for faster and easier communication. 3. Pick-up Outside Jeju City An additional fee of KRW 70,000 applies for pick-ups outside Jeju City, including Seongsan, Aewol, and Seogwipo. 4. Special Pick-up Requests If your hotel is outside Jeju City or your group consists of 7–10 guests, please contact us before booking to confirm availability and arrangements. 5. Hotel Not Listed? Simply select a nearby hotel from the list and send us a message with your actual pick-up location. 6. Important Notice for Cruise Passengers Cruise passengers visiting Jeju Island are not permitted to book the 5-hour tour option under any circumstances.
