You do not need to present this ticket. Please keep your phone available for conversation the day before your tour and the day of your tour via email and text. We will attempt to follow up with you and send you pickup location instructions the day before your tour via email. Your tour guide will try to contact you 15 minutes before the scheduled tour through a phone call or text. To ensure a hassle free experience, please email us details of you arrival, such as time you will be unloading, name of the ship and whether or not you will be exploring the city before your tour.
