Special instructions Confirmation will be received at time of booking. Our crew reserves the right to refuse entry to passengers who are intoxicated, without refund. Our crew also reserves the right to stop serving alcohol if it affects the safety of passengers. Not recommended for participants with back problems or participants with limited mobility Due to uneven surfaces, this tour is not recommended for those with walking disabilities or using a wheelchair. Please note that you will be boarding a tender to board the larger catamaran. Long pants and dresses are not recommended. For transportation times please contact us. Hotel pickups commence prior to this time, you must contact the local service provider to verify your exact pickup time.

Pickup Information

Please provide your hotel or house name and address for transportation. Our customer service team will contact you the day before your tour with your exact pickup time. The pick up time is always 40 minutes before the tour. PLEASE READ IMPORTANT GREEN SEASON NOTES. OUR TOUR OPERATES 11 am - 3:30 during the months of MAY to NOVEMBER to avoid rain and rough water in the evening hours. We do not operate Sunset Tours during these months, sunsets are very unlikely during these months and guests will enjoy the early hours on the beach which in the green season are generally sunny and beautiful. WE WILL CONTACT YOU TO make your transportation arrangements. We do not offer refunds to guests who book our tour and have not read the IMPORTANT NOTES regarding Green Season hours of operation.
