Please arrive 30 minutes prior to board time. When you arrive, please proceed to the Dock to check-in with the QR code ticket emailed to you. Every passenger must have a boarding pass to board the boat. Jungle Queen and our Tropical Isle are wheelchair accessible. If any guest is allergic to peanut oil or products, is lactose intolerant, have any type of food allergy. or would like to inquire about Vegetarian option please advise at time of booking
