State of florida boat exam fee $9.99. Step 2 Each person must complete their own individual waiver rental form and send their ID(s) along with their boater’s certificate (if applicable) . If you are exempt from taking the boater’s certificate exam you will only required to sign a waiver rental form. *Weight Limit Restrictions: ~Single riders up to 300 ~ Double riders combined 350-400lbs. ~Limit 2 adults per jet ski. ~Limit 1 adult and 2 small children per jet ski.
