For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
Meeting and Pickup
MEETING TIME 30 minutes before tour departure. Be on time not to miss out on your tour. We are located at the Caracas bay. Cruise passengers that requested pick up meeting point is at the gate where the buses leave the terminal infront of the security office ( at Megapier this is at gate2 and 3)
Redemption Instructions
Pick-up instructions for cruise ship passengers: For pickup roundtrip service please email (info@adventuretourscuracao.com)or WhatsApp +5999/5132484 or 5132482 us your ship name or hotel name and tour date/tour time so we can confirm pick up. Please note that all departure times are based on the LOCAL time in port. Ships sometimes do not adjust their clocks to the local time in port, so it is very important to make sure you meet your tour at the correct local time. You can ask onboard or on shore to determine the local time. The tour departs from the ship pier 1 hour before the start time of your tour, this depends on your booking time. Additional fee applies for pickup service: $20 per person. Please contact us for the pickup service. Please proceed past the security gate where tour buses leave the cruise terminal.
