Cancellation Policy
For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
- 100% refund if cancelled 1+ days before the start date
- 0% refund if cancelled less than 1 day(s) before the start date
Meeting and Pickup
We are located at KM 13.5 of Cancun’s Hotel Zone, directly across from Sisal Restaurant, at Yachtlife Mexico Marina
Redemption Instructions
• For safety reasons, cameras and mobile phones are not allowed during the activity. • A valid ID or passport is required as a deposit. Without it, participation will not be permitted. • Only adults aged 18+ are allowed to operate the Jet Ski. • The listed price does not include a $20 USD per person Marine Natural Elements fee, payable at the time of tour check-in. • For each reservation, two people can ride on one jet ski; however, only one person may drive and must present a valid ID. • Not recommended for participants with back problems • Not recommended for participants with heart complaints or other serious medical conditions • Not recommended for pregnant women
