Redemption Instructions

Present this ticket with identification at the Guest Services/Reservation window at the lower station for redemption. Reserve your down flight time after you complete your booking by following the contact instructions on your ticket. We recommend booking your down flight times prior to your arrival date to avoid delays at the upper station. Guests with unreserved flight times will be allocated space in the next available tram cabin To avoid line ups the best time to visit is in the morning or evening during the summer period. Jasper SkyTram is located on Whistlers Road, 7 km southwest of Jasper off Hwy 93.
