Meeting and Pickup
Pick-up outside the main reception entrance at Forest Park Hotel. Please arrive 10 mins early. Actual pickup times for each pre-booked shuttle bus: 7:30am bus/7:50am pickup, 8:45am bus/9:05am pickup, 10:15am bus/10:35am pickup, 1:15pm bus/1:35pm pickup, 4:15pm bus/4:35pm pickup.

Shuttle drop-off is conveniently located near the Maligne Lake Cruise terminal. Return shuttle service back to Jasper must be booked separately.
Redemption Instructions
Guests must be ready at their selected pickup location at the scheduled pickup time listed below. Pickup times vary depending on the selected shuttle bus stop. Shuttle departures operate on a fixed schedule and cannot be delayed for late arrivals. Pickup location must be selected at the time of booking. Shuttle service only stops at pre-booked pickup locations. This ticket includes one-way transportation from Jasper to Maligne Lake only. Guests requiring return transportation to Jasper must pre-book our separate Shuttle from Maligne Lake to Jasper product in advance. Guests with Maligne Lake Cruise reservations are encouraged to book a Shuttle from Maligne Lake to Jasper departure at least 45 mins after their cruise’s scheduled return time. WHISTLERS CAMPGROUND PICKUP Pick-up outside the Whistlers Campground Registration Centre (the bus cannot enter the campground). Please arrive 10 mins early. Pre-booked shuttle bus departure options: 7:30am, 8:45am, 10:15am, 1:15pm & 4:15pm. TOTEM POLE PICKUP Pick-up at the Two Brothers Totem Pole across from the Jasper Visitor Information Centre lawn (500 Connaught Dr.). Please arrive 10 mins early.
