Redemption Instructions

You must print or digitally bring your voucher to the pick-up point for verification when boarding. Please be at starting location approximately 15 min early, we cannot hold the bus for late arrivals. We cannot change your ticket boarding time if you are running late. Always "WAVE" at the bus from a stop pick up so they know you wish to board. Starting times listed are for Stop #1 departures. We cannot change your ticket to a different day if you don't make it to your scheduled time; please come only on your scheduled day and time. You must choose a starting location and time. We try our best to maintain tour times, however at times bus could be delayed to stops for unforeseen circumstances. Times are approximate and we do not refund tickets if a bus is running behind schedule or if passenger arrives late to a pick up location.
