Redemption Instructions

- A moderate amount of walking is involved. Wear comfortable walking shoes. - Travel is by comfortable 24-seat minibus. Mountain weather can be unpredictable; bring a rain jacket or umbrella and warm clothing for outdoor portions of the tour. - During early season, typically in May, snow and icy trail conditions at Maligne Lake may require changes to hiking locations or tour routing. Alternate stops or walks may be substituted as needed. - We have a short break for lunch at Maligne Lake. Lunch can be purchased from Maligne Lakehouse café, however in peak season (Jul-Aug) there can sometimes be long lines. Guests may also bring their own lunch. - Bring a small bottle of water. - Hotel pick-up times vary and will be confirmed upon booking. - Hotels within Jasper town: wait outside the main lobby 15 mins prior. - Outlying hotels (Beckers Chalet, Jasper House Bungalows, Tekarra Lodge, Patricia Lake Bungalows and Pyramid Lake Resort): wait outside the main lobby 30 mins prior. - Wapiti Campground: wait at the corner of Hwy 93 & Campground Entry Rd, 30 mins prior. - Whistlers Campground: wait outside the main office, 30 mins prior. - Pine Bungalows: wait outside the main lobby at departure time for pickup approximately 5–10 mins after. - Fairmont Jasper Park Lodge: wait outside the main lobby doors 15 mins after departure time. - Pick-up is also available from B&Bs within Jasper town — contact us directly with the B&B name/address to arrange this. - If your hotel's not listed: meet at Two Brothers Totem Pole across from Jasper Visitor Information Centre lawn (500 Connaught Dr), 15 mins prior. Children under 18 must be accompanied by an adult. - Minimum numbers apply. There is a possibility of cancellation after confirmation if minimum passenger requirements are not met. In this event, an alternative or full refund will be offered. - Transfer durations are approximate and may vary depending on time of day and traffic conditions. - Tour operates in all weather conditions.

Pickup Information

* Hotel pick-up times vary and will be confirmed upon booking. * If your pick up location is within the immediate Jasper townsite, please be ready 15 minutes prior to departure time. * For outlying properties including Beckers Chalet, Jasper House Bungalows, Tekkarra Lodge, Wapiti campground, Whistlers Campground, Patrica Lake Bungalows and Pyramid Lake Resort, please be ready 30 minutes prior to departure time. * For pick-up from Pine Bungalows please be ready at departure time for pickup between 5-10 minutes after departure time. * For pick-up from Fairmont Jasper Park Lodge, please be ready 15 minutes AFTER departure time. * Complimentary pick-up is available from selected accommodations within the Jasper Area. * Pick-up is also available from vacation rentals within the immediate Jasper townsite — To arrange this, please contact us directly . * If your hotel is not listed, please select our Central Meeting Location: the Two Brothers Totem Pole, located across the street from the Jasper Park Information Centre lawn (500 Connaught Drive). All-day parking is available in the adjacent paid public parking lot (behind the washroom building). Parking fees apply and must be paid directly to the parking operator using the posted payment instructions or parking kiosk.
