• Children under 18 years must be accompanied by a paying adult.

• A visit date and time must be reserved using the link in your voucher, via LINE @JurassicWorldBKK, or by email at jwebkk@assetworldcorp-th.com. Once a reservation is made, tickets are considered redeemed on the selected date, even if the guest does not show up. Any changes must be made at least one day before the visit date. No changes or refunds are allowed on or after the visit date, and unused tickets will become invalid.
