Redemption Instructions

• Please send us full name of each participant as it appears in your passport/ID (very important) • Pick up time is estimated (between 5.30 and 7.30am). We will send you phone number to the driver and exact pick up time max. by 8.30pm the day before. • Please describe your special wishes while booking this trip, we will do our best to fulfill them. We can even provide wheelchairs. • Entire tour takes around 16 hours. • The tour is not private so there might be other participants in the car (you can have private car at extra charge, please contact us). • It is the tour by car, maximum 8 participants in the vehicle. Standard car for this tour is saloon (sedan) car (e.g. VW Passat, Skoda Superb), van when 3-4 people (e.g. VW Sharan) or minibus when 4-8 people (e.g. Opel Vivaro, Mercedes Vito/Viano/V class) depending on the final group size Estimated itinerary: 05:30 – 07:30 Pick-up at your hotel in Warsaw 11:30 – 15:00 Visit to Auschwitz-Birkenau Camp 15:00 – 16:00 Lunch 17:00 – 19:00 Guided tour in Krakow 23:00 – 24:00 Drop-off at your hotel in Warsaw [the order and timing may change, to be announced 1 day before the tour]

Pickup Information

Please provide your hotel/apartment name and address for pick up. Pick up time is estimated (between 5.30am and 7.30am). We will send you phone number to the driver and the exact pick up time one day before the tour. A pick-up outside of Warsaw city center requires a 15EUR supplement, paid in cash to the driver.
