Notification • For the mentioned service. • Not transferable to any other service or person. • Please arrive in the hotel lobby 15 minutes before the scheduled for departure. • Due to bad weather or sea conditions the tour may be postponed or cancelled with a full refund. • You can cancel your booking 2 days prior to your scheduled date of departure and receive a refund for cost of the tour.

Pickup Information

• You can also get picked up from anywhere in Ao Nang • Remote areas including Klong Muang and Tub Kaek require an additional charge of THB100 per person (payable directly to the driver). • Extra 100 THB/person round trip transfer from Krabi Town. Guests at Railay Beach should meet at the boat ticket office at Ao Nam Mao Pier (15 minutes from Railay East), guests at Ton Sai should meet at the Phra Nang Inn reception in Ao Nang, and guests at Centara Grand Beach Resort are requested to use the hotel’s shuttle boat to Nopparat Thara Pier in Ao Nang. • An extra charge will be applied for transfer in some Krabi areas (To be advised). • We will provide you with an exact pick-up time confirmation once we receive your reservation. • If you’re staying at private accommodation, please contact us as soon as possible and provide a contact number for the property you are staying at. Alternatively, let us talk to one of the staff members who work at the property. • Please plan to meet your driver at your hotel lobby at least 10 minutes prior to the scheduled pick-up time
