Redemption Instructions

• Departure time is estimated between 5.30am and 8am and will be confirmed 1 day before the tour by email • The entire tour lasts around 17 hours • Languages other than English are possible on special request in advance and upon availability (+14eur/person, to be paid in cash to the driver) • Children must be accompanied by an adult • Wheelchair accessible with limitations

Pickup Information

We can pick you up from your place in the city centre or it can ba a Marriott Hotel near the Central Railway Station. Please provide your hotel/apartment name and address for pick up. Pick up time is estimated (between 5.30am and 8.00am) and depends on the Auschwitz tickets availability. We will send you the phone number to the driver and the exact pick-up time one day before the tour. The pick-up outside of Warsaw city center requires a 15EUR supplement, paid in cash to the driver. If you have special wishes please let us know in the moment of booking. See you soon :).
