Redemption Instructions

Your booking included for all ticket, National Park Ticket and Pier Ticket. Don't pay anymore. Tour guide will take care of you at the pier. The pick-up time depends on the hotel's location, and we will confirm you 12 hours before the tour starts. Please check your e-mail. Our tour does not include breakfast. Please make sure that you have breakfast before your pickup time. Alternatively, you may order a breakfast box from your resort for your convenience. The program is subject to change depending on the weather conditions or safety and appropriate.

• Hotel Pick-up: If your hotel is not listed, please contact us via inbox, and we will handle the arrangements for you. • Pick-up Confirmation: We will confirm your specific pick-up time via email 12 hours prior to departure. Please check your inbox accordingly. • Breakfast Note: Breakfast is not included. Please dine before pick-up or request a breakfast box from your resort. • Railay Beach Guests: Please meet us at Ao Nammao Pier. It is a 15-minute long-tail boat ride from East Railay Pier. Boat-taxis begin operating at 7:00 AM. • Tonsai Beach Guests: Our pick-up service is available exclusively at the Aonang Longtail Boat Service Club. Please ensure you arrive at the meeting point on time on the day of your tour. • Program Notice: The program is subject to change based on the weather, safety conditions, or the guide’s discretion. non-refundable.
