Meeting and Pickup

Redemption Instructions

Please present a printed or mobile voucher to the driver or guide upon hotel pick-up. Be ready at your hotel lobby or meeting point at least 10 minutes before the scheduled time. Tickets are non-transferable and show only the booking holder’s name. Contact the local operator if you do not receive your pick-up confirmation by the day before your tour.

Pickup Information

Alternatively, complimentary hotel pick-up is provided within Krabi Town and Ao Nang areas, with scheduled times between 08:00 AM and 09:20 AM. Guests at Railay Beach should meet at the boat ticket office at Ao Nam Mao Pier (15 minutes from Railay East), guests at Ton Sai should meet at the Phra Nang Inn reception in Ao Nang, and guests at Centara Grand Beach Resort are requested to use the hotel’s shuttle boat to Nopparat Thara Pier in Ao Nang. Please note that an additional charge may apply for transfers from certain outlying Krabi locations. Your precise pickup time will be communicated to you via email; therefore, we advise you to consult your inbox. Kindly meet your driver in the hotel lobby at least 10 minutes before your scheduled pickup. Arriving more than 10 minutes late or after our departure may result in a no-show designation.
