Transportation services are available from any address within the Krabi region. For guests staying on Railay Beach, please proceed to the boat ticket office at Ao Nam Mao Pier. This pier is a short, 15-minute longtail boat ride from Railay East. If your accommodation is in Ton Sai, please meet your tour guide at the Phra Nang Inn reception in Ao Nang. Guests at Centara Grand Beach Resort & Villas are requested to utilize the hotel's shuttle boat to Nopparat Thara Pier in Ao Nang. Guests are kindly requested to meet their tour guide in the hotel lobby at least 10 minutes before the scheduled pick-up time, as adherence to the departure schedule is necessary for all participants, and arrivals exceeding 10 minutes past the appointed time will be considered a no-show.
