Redemption Instructions

Your local contact is PROFI DRIVER • Hotel pickups include a free 20 minutes. • If you will not be arriving at your destination within the specified reconfirmation period, please reconfirm with the local service provider prior to travel, or upon arrival at your destination. • Our driver will wait 20 minutes in the reception of the hotel. If you dont show up after this time, and you did not notify us, we will release the driver and the transfer will be a NO SHOW and fully charged. • The duration of transfers are approximate, the exact duration will depend on the time of day and traffic conditions. • Each traveler is allowed a maximum of 1 suitcase and 1 carry-on bag. • If there is a problem finding our chauffeur please contact the phone number showed in your Vaucher.
